Job Description
As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.
Responsibilities
- Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner
- Complete assigned prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, and stock food as needed
- Exercising good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with all members of the BOH staff

We are known for providing an exciting, fun atmosphere to both work at and enjoy food at. To fill our kitchen needs we are looking for experienced Line/Grill Cooks as well as a dishwasher to work in this exciting atmosphere. Must be able to work in a fast pace environment, be a team player, have a positive attitude and able to follow any Covid regulations. Must be willing to work nights and weekends. Position can be full or part time.
Cooks Position pay range $12.50 -$15.00 (depending on experience)
Dishwasher $10.00 (Dishwasher may help in other areas of kitchen when needed)
