Job Description
As a maintenance person, you will be responsible for cleaning and up keeping of the store overall maintenance, glassware as well as prepare and maintain towels and refrigerator units according to sanitation requirements. You'll be responsible for keeping the store clean and back of the house organized and assist the store manager on keeping the store clean, organized and safe and secure. Your pace is critical to the safe and maintenance of the store, so a strong work ethic is key to success
Responsibilities
- Look out for and report repair needs
- Wash glassware by hand when necessary
- Empty and clean trash and recycling bins
- Rotate dishes
- Clean dish storage
- Assist kitchen staff as needed
