Job Description
As manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant. You should prioritize outstanding guest service and will be responsible for sourcing, hiring and developing team members. You'll be expected to provide a safe work environment and ensure all standards and procedures are followed.
Responsibilities
- Manage all products and day-to-day operations within budget
- Identify customer needs and respond proactively
- Attract, recruit, and train staff
- Purchase goods and make improvements
- Report sales results and productivity to management
- Comply with all health and safety regulations

We are a growing brewpub business known for our oven baked pizza and artisanal beer brewed in our original location in Rowlett. We are very excited to be expanding to a second location in Fort Worth Downtown Area this May and we are seeking a self-motivated and passionate people to join our team!
The Bankhead highway was the first coast-to-coast highway built in 1916 that ran from Washington D.C to San Diego and was a pioneering venture and proof of American ingenuity and progress.
