Job Description

Bradford Tavern is a Family Owned, Full Service, Casual Dining Restaurant and Bar set in a Historic Barn in Rowley, MA. We are looking for full time managers to round out our Front-of-House management team. Qualified Candidates will have at least 3 years experience working in a fast paced, full service restaurant and bar, supervisory experience a plus, but willing to train the right person for this role.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to - Supervising front-of-house staff; Ensuring food service standards are met and exceptional service to guests; Professionally responding to guest concerns or complaints; Closing shifts and dropping hosts, servers and bartenders; Following established procedures for opening and closing the restaurant; Providing a positive working environment for our staff; Ensuring a great experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage all products and day-to-day operations within budget
• Identify customer needs and respond proactively
• Attract, recruit, and train staff
• Report sales results and productivity to management
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
