Job Description
THE JOB
Do you take pride in who you are, your style and your work? Are you a hands-on leader? You could be a Front of the House Manager at Burgatory. You are responsible for ensuring our crew and guests have exceptional experiences and inspire our crew daily to offer our guests warm, genuine heartfelt hospitality. You report to the General Manager and assist with recruiting, interviewing, training, and supporting crew. Strong motivational communication, active floor management and a positive attitude go a long way! You monitor and promote programs to positively impact profitability, charitable efforts and labor. You fostering a clean, safe and positive environment.
