Job Description
As manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant. You should prioritize outstanding guest service and will be responsible for sourcing, hiring and developing team members. You'll be expected to provide a safe work environment and ensure all standards and procedures are followed.

Developing and consistently delivering the perfect traditional roll that is crusty on the outside with a soft center is not just a skill, but what we consider an art. We work with each store's in-house bakery to conduct daily bread checks to ensure that every roll is made to the highest of standards
