Job Description
Lulu is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team!
You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities
- *Assist the General Manager to supervise and coordinate all restaurant's activities
- *Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- *Ensure high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- *Train and manage FOH personnel and insure that they are providing exceptional service to all our guests
- *Have the ability to empathize to our staff the importance of teamwork through positive reinforcement and by leading by example.
- *Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs.
- *Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
- *Be able to embrace constructive feedback with a positive attitude.
- *Have the ability to lead our team through positive coaching and mentoring.
