Job Description
As Overnight Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing overnight operations of the restaurant. You should prioritize outstanding guest service. You'll be expected to provide a safe work environment and ensure all standards and procedures are followed.
You will be responsible for organizing the most productive positions for everyone on the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Manage all products and day-to-day operations within budget
- Identify customer needs and respond proactively
- Attract, recruit, and train staff
- Purchase goods and make improvements
- Report sales results and productivity to management
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
