HIRING ASSISTANT MANAGER W. FRONT AND BACK OF HOUSE EXPERIENCE (DECATUR)

Nectar is looking for a dynamic and very energetic person who can multitask in different positions throughout the work shift.

Must have both Back of House and Front of House experience.

At least 3 years of proven restaurant experience. We check Work References.

Outgoing, energetic, caring person determined to work hard and deliver excellent customer service and excellent food.

This is a ""hands on position"", candidate will prep food also

We are a very detailed oriented restaurant, OCD

Focus is a must

THIS POSITION INCLUDES WEEKEND

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

Food Preparation

Smoothie and Raw, Fresh Juice Preparation

Making Coffee and Espresso drinks

Sandwich Assembly

Greeting Customer

Communicating with Customers

Entering Order on POS system

Serv Safe Knowledge and/or Certification

Responsible for making sure all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines are followed by other employees

Nectar has an open kitchen concept; candidate must be clean, neat and be able to communicate and engage customers.

Minimum of 3 years of proven restaurant experience required. We will check work references.
