Job Description
As manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant. You should prioritize outstanding guest service and will be responsible for sourcing, hiring and developing team members. You'll be expected to provide a safe work environment and ensure all standards and procedures are followed.

Perry Wings is a family owned business established in 2002. Our restaurant started in a club in Miami where we served our patrons chicken wings and sandwiches. Our special wing sauce was created when one very special customer wanted something different. This sweet and spicy sauce became so popular for use on fried chicken wings, fried fish, shrimps and everything else. That’s when Perry Wings was born.
As demand for the food grew, we acquired an established Jamaican restaurant on NW 27th Avenue in Miami. To retain the existing customers, we continued to offer the Caribbean menu items along with our popular Perry Wings and other menu items from the club to our new clientele. They loved it! Very soon our chicken wings became the number one seller. In 2015, we officially changed the name of the Jamaican restaurant to Perry Wings Plus. The “plus” meaning we sell more than just wings. Our customer base has grown tremendously. We are known for serving nutritious food with authentic taste and great customer service.
