Job Description
As manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant. You should prioritize outstanding guest service and will be responsible for sourcing, hiring and developing team members. You'll be expected to provide a safe work environment and ensure all standards and procedures are followed.

Pling opened in late 2020 in a small lot in tucked in a corner of Montrose with the simple idea that the humble dumpling can be given a lot more love and attention.
Our menu consists of an an eclectic and evolving variety of dumplings and related dishes designed to lend themselves to a wide spectrum of food moods. Visitors can expect to find meals ranging from deep-fried steamed buns to classic gyoza to vegetarian potato croquettes.
The dough is made each day from an in-house recipe that combines traditional flour with other ingredients like mochi to achieve a unique chewiness not found in ordinary restaurant dumplings.
