Job Description
As manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant. You should prioritize outstanding guest service and will be responsible for sourcing, hiring and developing team members. You'll be expected to provide a safe work environment and ensure all standards and procedures are followed.

Co-founder, Barry Rabkin, was diagnosed with Thyroid cancer in 2010. After beginning treatment he met a holistic nutritionist who recommended incorporating juicing and plant-based foods into his diet. After doing this, Barry started to feel healthier, his doctors were seeing amazing results and eventually he was able to overcome his cancer. From then on, he knew he had to share the power of juicing and eating plant-based.
Barry at the time was next door neighbors with Jeff Levine, a restaurant pro. After a few conversations, Barry was able to convince Jeff to partner up and open the first Raw Jūce in 2013.
