Job Description
As manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant. You should prioritize outstanding guest service and will be responsible for sourcing, hiring and developing team members. You'll be expected to provide a safe work environment and ensure all standards and procedures are followed.
Responsibilities
- Manage all products and day-to-day operations within budget
- Identify customer needs and respond proactively
- Attract, recruit, and train staff
- Purchase goods and make improvements
- Report sales results and productivity to management
- Comply with all health and safety regulations

How do we describe Ted's? That's frankly a little difficult and may develop over time but we've described it as a dive bar on steroids, a neighborhood weird watering hole or a place where everyone is welcome as long as they’re not an asshole. The aesthetic of Ted's has some vintage elements like stained glass lamps, worn in vintage beer neons, and christmas lights. We also have a 7' wreath hanging on a exterior wall year round. So yah, the place is a little kooky. That's by design. We want Ted's to be a welcomed relief from the chaos in the world at the moment. Laugh, cry, just don't puke in our bathrooms.
