Job Description
This management position is for our new location in Las Olas scheduled to open in March 2022.
As Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations and logistics of the restaurant, suppliers and staff.
You will prioritize OUTSTANDING guest service. This is of utmost importance for the company.
The Manager will be responsible for sourcing, hiring and developing team members. You'll be expected to provide a safe work environment for the staff and guests and ensure all standards operating procedures (SOP) are followed.
Must have Food Manager Certification. Able to work irregular shift hours until all procedures are in place and the restaurant is fully operational in a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Manage all products and day-to-day operations within budget
- Identify customer needs and respond proactively
- Attract, recruit, and train staff
- Purchase goods and make improvements
- Report sales results and productivity to management
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
