Love barbecue? Want to be part of a busy location of a growing brand? Have store assistant management experience and the ability to lead a team to top performance? Then this is the position for you! An existing location around Frisco, TX! The Line Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager, as required, in all aspects of the store’s operations in this location. This position requires the ability to pass a series of background checks and willingness to periodically work nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Decrease costs while still achieving the highest level of store success in labor, cost of goods and other controllable costs
- Comply with Owner's Set Standards and Processes
- Responsible for Recipe Preparation, meat quality and Safety
- Provide excellent guest service to customers
- Train new employees
