Job Description
As manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant. You should prioritize outstanding guest service and will be responsible for sourcing, hiring and developing team members. You'll be expected to provide a safe work environment and ensure all standards and procedures are followed.

(MBC) Cocina will offer the full scope of Mexican cuisine; handmade corn tortilla tacos, freshly prepared ceviches, guacamoles, salsas, and an exceptional selection of regional dishes. James Beard featured Chef Patricio Sandoval stays true to the classic delicacies of Mexico and its legendary food markets while adding his renowned layers of flavors.
