Job Description
The Pastry chef will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the pastry department and coaching staff on a wide variety of techniques and skills. Your skill in baking should be matched by your creativity to innovate and create new product offerings.

Serving modern adaptations of classic Lebanese and Mediterranean dishes, including simple, fresh preparations: spreads, fresh wood-burning oven-baked pita and flatbreads, a large selection of cold and hot mezze small plates to share, a selection of larger plates of grilled kebabs, organic meats, fresh fish, seafood and creative desserts.
