Job Description
Word of Mouth Catering and Bakery is looking for a talented individual to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for the production of breads, a variety of pastries, croissants, cheesecakes, specialty and wedding cakes, decorated cookies, and a variety of other desserts. Experience is required and a culinary degree preferred. Compensation will be based on experience so please include an up to date resume along with your application. Responsibilities
- Measure, weigh, and prep recipe ingredients
- Knead, roll, cut, and prep dough
- Decorate, glaze, apply icing, and prep toppings
- Clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils, and tools
- Operate slicing, cutting, and wrapping equipment
- Order and receive supplies and materials
