Job Description
As a pitmaster, you're fully responsible for the prepping and cooking of all BBQ items in our smokehouses. Must be a team player, willing to work in hot, high stress environments, strong multi-tasking skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- prep and cook all BBQ menu items for the restaurant, clean and maintain all work areas, some kitchen and catering duties
