Job Description
The prep cook handles the majority of the prep for all ingredients going into dishes during service. This position often works under little supervision, so you must be able to follow recipes and be well-versed in a variety of food products and techniques. The quality of the prep work is instrumental in the quality of the finished product, so attention to detail is paramount.

We're a family-owned & operated restaurant located in Casselberry, FL, serving fresh, made to order meals with the highest quality ingredients. Our location is open to serve you weekly from 7AM-3PM, Tuesday-Sunday; and we also conveniently offer delivery via UBER Eats. I come from a family that loves to cook, and it's been one of the greatest joys of my life to see my culinary interests as a young man blossom into the deep love & passion I have for food today!
