Our team is committed to creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests, educate our staff and grow our business. The extensive wine list is completely Spanish. "Casa Mono is a timeless NYC classic with an unmistakable feel-good vibe and top notch but relaxed service. As for the food, you’d be hard pressed to find Spanish food in the United States better than those coming out of this tiny Gramercy kitchen. You can pretty much close your eyes and blindly point at the menu, comfortably knowing there's no wrong answer" - The Infatuation
“If you were wondering through this lovely pocket of Gramercy Park—just steps from bustling Union Square—you couldn’t miss Casa Mono. With big, glossy doors that swing out into pretty, tree-lined Irving Place when the weather’s right, the pleasant thump of music and irresistible smell of meat done a la plancha, Andy Nusser’s corner of Barcelona’s delights would be a hit even if the guy wasn’t a culinary genius.” – Michelin Guide
