Job Description
The prep cook handles the majority of the prep for all ingredients going into dishes during service. This position often works under little supervision, so you must be able to follow recipes and be well-versed in a variety of food products and techniques. The quality of the prep work is instrumental in the quality of the finished product, so attention to detail is paramount.

As an agricultural producer, with specialization in Israel in Dairy Farming, with love for the land, the countryside that comes from family and working in the valleys of Yaracuy for more than 30 years. Dedicated to milking cows and producing different types of white cheese: hard, soft, crineja, mozzarella, boconccini, milk creams and whey. This gives us the platform to offer you in our store where you can find products of the highest quality.
At Gusticos we offer you much more than Latin American food, we offer you an experience for your palate.
Our goal is to make available to the growing Latino population, and to those who enjoy our gastronomy, excellent quality food with the most authentic flavor in each product to be enjoyed at your table and with the practicality that today's daily life demands.
