Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen environment. This role will primarily assist our culinary trained head chef in the preparation of our pre-made menu items, portioning out ingredients, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and other various tasks. This is currently a part time position, but will become a full time position as our menu is served at more of our locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for our pre-made menu items
• Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out the trash.
• Assist kitchen staff in food storage, inventory management, and stock rotation.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen.
