Job Description
The prep cook handles the majority of the prep for all ingredients going into dishes during service. This position often works under little supervision, so you must be able to follow recipes and be well-versed in a variety of food products and techniques. The quality of the prep work is instrumental in the quality of the finished product, so attention to detail is paramount.

Each of our four locations offers sports action on 100 HDTVs and 35 satellites! We carry the NFL Sunday Ticket, NBA League Pass, ESPN Game Plan, NHL Center Ice and MLB Extra Innings to ensure that you won’t miss any of the action.
We are the best place around to bring your team after the game because our dining room was designed with large parties in mind. We provide a comfortable atmosphere for families with inexpensive kids’ meals and spacious game rooms. All locations offer a smoking and non-smoking section.
We have one of the most diverse menus you will find. From American pub food to Tex–Mex and many Seafood entrees, you can always discover something new to eat. We are definitely more than burgers and wings with great chicken sandwiches, light and tasty salads, and an array of tasty appetizers. Most folks would agree that we have the best beer prices around. We offer a wide selection of bottled domestic and import beers, a full service bar, and over 30 beers on tap. In addition to our already low prices, we have amazing specials throughout the week to keep it interesting.
