Job Description
The prep cook handles the majority of the prep for all ingredients going into dishes during service. This position often works under little supervision, so you must be able to follow recipes and be well-versed in a variety of food products and techniques. The quality of the prep work is instrumental in the quality of the finished product, so attention to detail is paramount.

Rin Nedtranon is the pioneer of restaurant business and has been serving Thai food in Miami area since 1978. She started her first restaurant "The Lotus Room" in Hialeah working as a chef. After a few years she opened Siam Lotus Room of South Miami in the 1980’s and Sea Siam at the Village of Pinecrest in 1985 to 2017.
Thai cuisine is composed of bold flavors to delight and surprise the sense of one’s taste. Nothing is more remarkable than the taste and presentation of Thai cuisine. Dishes that you will find on your menu are not only typical and authentic Thai dishes, but some have a more modern twist.
