Job Description
The prep cook handles the majority of the prep for all ingredients going into dishes during service. This position often works under little supervision, so you must be able to follow recipes and be well-versed in a variety of food products and techniques. The quality of the prep work is instrumental in the quality of the finished product, so attention to detail is paramount.

In 2013 when we arrived in Miami, we were looking for a typical Venezuelan restaurant to eat, but there were only Latin food restaurants, there was not one that brought together all the typical flavors of each region of Venezuela.
Then we thought of all the Venezuelans who felt the same way, and after bringing together the best recipes from all the regions of Venezuela, such as the exquisite cachapa, the famous arepa with its different combinations from each part of the country, the Creole pavilion, the empanadas , tequeños, and many traditional dishes from each region of Venezuela, the Sabor Venezolano restaurant was born.
