Job Description
• Prep all ingredients for our empanada fillings: chopping vegetables, cutting meat, grating cheese, marinating, grilling, sautéing
• Make salads, dressings, sauces
• Assist in dough production
• Assemble empanadas
• Prep orders for deliveries
• Organize walk-in cooler and freezer
• Maintain the cleanliness of your station and everything you use, washing, sweeping, mopping
• Fill in wherever you are needed

We have won several awards and recognition and our food truck was named one of the top 20 food trucks in the Bay Area by the SF Chronicle.
