Job Description
The DRA Partner at Black Walnut Café ensures that all of our guests get their food out to the table in a timely manner. This partner is responsible for running food out to our guests by following our standard operating procedures and providing genuine care to ensure each guest has a great experience. The DRA Partner also ensures that all tables are cleared, sanitized and reset promptly. They are also responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the dining room, floors, and restrooms.
Responsibilities
- Read tickets, finish plates and run food or delegate to a team member
- Describe dish being dropped at the guest's table and ensure they are satisfied before returning to the kitchen
- Retrieve any items guests may need to accompany their meal
- Assist servers in side work during down times
- Be sure station is set with all items needed by both the BOH and the FOH
- Maintain a clean workstation
