Job Description
As the runner/expo, you are the lynch pin between the kitchen and guests, you'll be in constant motion ensuring plates are finished in the kitchen and food is delivered quickly and accurately to guests. You'll describe the food being presented and handle or communicate guest requests as they come up.

We are a group of close friends that came together through our love of food, beverage & community. With years of experience as restaurateurs, we decided to embark on a journey to create a local independent EuroAmerican restaurant, located in the dynamical Armature Works in North Tampa Heights.
Oak and Ola is a casual environment with a timeless design. We offer food and beverage starting at the “roots”. We are a place to gather where food and beverage professionals promote thoughtfully sourced and seasonal ingredients. We’re a place to be social; to enjoy a lighter and healthier meal or a longer paced dining experience. We have a great wine selection as well as local and regional craft beers. Our spirits are made with fresh ingredients, passion for innovation that creates curiosity and the desire to find the unexpected for our guests. The ritual of sharing and exploring flavors brings us together as a community.
