Job Description
As the runner/expo, you are vital part of the restaurant experience. You’ll be responsible for ensuring food arrives to tables. This includes running salads and appetizers in accordance to kitchen tickets. We are located in the heart of Old Town Chicago. We are a family owned Bar/restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Read tickets, finish plates and run food or delegate to a team member
- Bring dishes to tables and ensure they are delivered to the right person.
- Be sure station is set with all items needed by both the BOH and the FOH
- Maintain a clean workstation
