Melt Ice Creams in Fort Worth, TX is looking for one Scooper to join our team! We are located on 1201 W Magnolia Ave. Ice cream Scoopers at MELT are the happy faces of the business and the day-to-day caretaker of our guests. Scoopers greet the guests, make the product, and create the happy moments with each customer.

Responsibilities

• Each ice cream Scooper of MELT is expected to align with and follow these key areas:

• Each Scooper is expected to collaborate and communicate positively, timely, and effectively with the store manager.
• Service
• Each Scooper will provide excellent customer experiences for every one of MELT’s guests, Scoopers should always be smiling and available, looking for opportunities to further engage and serve customers
• Operations
• Scoopers should be able to multitask, think ahead, and work proactively, remaining aware of the needs of customers, and also of any ongoing tasks. Scoopers are responsible for the daily functions of MELT
• Ongoing operations
• Being on time, present, and ready to work for shifts
• Serving guests quickly while never rushing them
• Completing opening, ongoing, and closing duties, prep, and other checklists
• Proper cash management
• Product quality
• Making excellent cups, cones and pints.
• Only serving the best products
• Store cleanliness and organization
• Maintain a clean working space, tidying as you work
• Putting things back where they belong
• Labeling and rotating product with FIFO (first in, first out)
• Completing opening, ongoing, closing, and monthly cleaning tasks
