You are welcoming and accommodating with the ability to educate our patrons and guide their experience to create lasting memories. You have a desire to expand your knowledge of our offerings and be creative with your recommendations, using suggestive selling where appropriate. Our sourdough breads, pitas and flatbreads are made in-house, and the meats are cooked over a charcoal grill or braised low and slow. And of course, our condiments and sauces are made fresh, from scratch, every day.
