Job Description

Those interested in serving should have a strong understanding of hospitality and what it means to proved great service. Here at Burger Bach, we promote a team atmosphere. We look for candidates that have a strong will to learn and go above and beyond what is asked of them.

With the team atmosphere, servers and bartenders are on tip pool. Tip pool ranges between $15-$20 an hour.

Responsibilities

• Present menu and answer questions
• Take orders and make recommendations
• Manage tables paying attention to cleanliness and order
• Issue bills and accept payment
• Listen to complaints or problems with a positive attitude
