Job Description
- Full Time OR Part Time Availability
- Food Handlers and TABC Required before start date
- Previous Experience Preferred But Not Required
Looking for enthusiastic, personable and motivated servers. The Server is directly responsible for customer service in the dining room and in tables in the bar area. You are the “face” of the restaurant to these customers and must have a professional appearance, and an engaging personality.
You must treat each guest courteously, and work quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude, while following our teamwork philosophy. The qualified candidate will have an outgoing personality and will be able to WOW our guests each shift.
Responsibilities
- Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment
- Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery
- Cut, bone, or grind pieces of meat
- Weigh, wrap, label and store cuts of meat
- Know and comply with proper storage standards
- Participate in product rotation, inventory, waste management and ordering of product
- Clean equipment and work areas according to sanitation standards
