Job Description
As a server, you truly care about providing a memorable and hospitable experience. You are welcoming and accommodating with the ability to educate our patrons and guide their experience to create lasting memories. You have a desire to expand your knowledge of our offerings and be creative with your recommendations, using suggestive selling where appropriate. You work quickly, love being part of a team and are capable of solving problems in stride.
Responsibilities
- Present menu and answer questions
- Take orders and make recommendations
- Manage tables paying attention to cleanliness and order
- Issue bills and accept payment
- Listen to complaints or problems with a positive attitude

Coal Vines is a concept that was created and developed by Joseph Palladino. It is a casual neighborhood restaurant that is reminiscent of Mr. Palladino's upbringing in New York.
Coal Vines is a specialty pizza complemented by a full menu, a quality wine list and craft beers. Our pizza's are cooked in a coal fire brick oven that makes the crust crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. We offer a simple, yet unique menu in addition to our pizza. The unique quality of Coal Vine's does not stop at the food and wine; it is is carried on in our atmosphere, bringing the small neighborhood feel to you. So come on in and have some pizza!
We are dedicated to carrying on Mr. Palladino's vision. We are a family owned and operated restaurant who take pride in great food and service. We also believe in giving back to the community. Each month we pick a local charity and donate 10% of our stores profit to that charity
