Dan's Family has been in the food industry since 1930. Dan's uncle, Pat Oliveri founded Pat's King of Steaks in Philadelphia. Dan decided to move to Florida in 1960 to start his own Sub shop on Sunrise Blvd. Dan moved to Orlando in 1980 and began opening restaurants with his two sons Dominick and Anthony. They have been operating ever since.
