Job Description
FULL & PART-TIME SERVERS
To excel in this position, you need a high level of customer service skill and a willingness to meet guests’ needs quickly and politely.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent, timely service to our patrons
Arrive on time
Great attitude, enthusiastic, ready to work hard and make $$$
Respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
Take and process guests’ orders in a timely fashion
Memorize drink & food menu for on-demand questions/sales
Up-sell food and drinks as appropriate for individual guests and parties
Manage large groups quickly and efficiently through attentive service and precise order taking
Maintain high quality service and handle guest complaints/requests quickly
Responsibilities
- Present menu and answer questions
- Take orders and make recommendations
- Manage tables paying attention to cleanliness and order
- Issue bills and accept payment
- Listen to complaints or problems with a positive attitude

Named after the district it resides in, District Six is a neighborhood sports-centric restaurant that will serve smash burgers, drinks and good times starting in the early new year. Located behind the Georgetown Art Center, D6 is a family friendly space with arcade games, a spacious outdoor area with games and lounges, 20 televisions dedicated to sports, 40 beers and wines on draft and craft cocktails, shaken, mixed and frozen. We wanted to create an environment that invites everyone in, as members of our incredible community, to a place that is relaxed but stylish, fun and unique to downtown!!
