Job Description
Ditka's is looking to hire experienced Servers for our Oakbrook Terrace location. Our All-American & Steakhouse inspired concept offers an elevated atmosphere to go along with a quality of service which is unrivaled. Our menu meets the highest standards of quality with a fresh and modern twist on traditional recipes. Our mission is to provide a diverse food and bar menu along with an award winning wine list presented by a team that is well-trained and hospitable.
As an integral part of a team, our servers are responsible for continuously looking for ways to improve each guest’s experience by providing exceptional guest service and anticipating guests’ needs. Describing and guiding guests through our menu, making informative and thoughtful beverage and menu suggestions, and communicating among teammates and management are all of great importance.
