Edo Japan is finally open, and we’re excited to share delicious sushi, flavorful wines, and wonderful hibachi with everyone in our community.
While Edo Japan may be new to Texas City, we bring a decade of experience with us to our restaurant. Much like the river we’re named after, evenings with us flow with relaxation and will transport you to another place. When you step inside, you’ll be swept away by the modern atmosphere of our dining room. You can then have a seat at a table or at our intimate sushi bar. From there, you’ll be served creatively plated rolls and entrees, each one prepared exactly to your liking. Meals with us are full of flavor and authenticity, and we can’t wait to share something special with you soon.
