It all started in April 1986, when Gloria and Jose Fuentes worked at a small Salvadorian eatery in the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas owned by Gloria’s sister.

Gloria’s Latin Cuisine now has locations throughout Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, Houston and San Antonio, featuring signature menu items, black bean dip, award-winning margaritas and exciting nightlife.
