Responsibilities

• Provide high touch culinary and cocktail service in a fast paced & high volume cocktail lounge
• ID check and practice Responsible Beverage Service
• Communication with guests about dietary restrictions & allergy information, pertaining to food and beverage
• Communication with Host Team about active tables & visit timelines
