Mavericks Cantina, in it's 4th year of operation, presently the #1 Restaurant in Johns Creek, is seeking TOP quality personnel for the above position. We are only seeking Servers interested in long term employment, others need not apply. Detail oriented, sharp, team players, always on-time and ready to work hard on a great team. Hiring part time employees who can work both morning and evening shifts throughout the week; 4-6 shifts total. Closed Sun/Mon so a guaranteed 2 days off every week! This is a family owned and run restaurant and we are striving for excellence! We intend to grow so there is opportunity to grow with us in multiple ways. As a server, you truly care about providing a memorable and hospitable experience. You are welcoming and accommodating with the ability to educate our patrons and guide their experience to create lasting memories. You have a desire to expand your knowledge of our offerings and be creative with your recommendations, using suggestive selling where appropriate. You work quickly, love being part of a team and are capable of solving problems in stride.

Responsibilities

• Present menu and answer questions
• Take orders and make recommendations
• Manage tables paying attention to cleanliness and order
• Issue bills and accept payment
