The Waiter or Waitress acts as the Guest Ambassador in our theatres.

Waiters or Waitresses ensure guests are properly informed & all their needs are met.

The goal is to greet guests in a timely manner (within our 3 minute goal). Present the Movie Tavern server spiel, suggestively sell & take orders, deliver drinks & food, respond quickly to requests, communicate with drink runners, food runners, expos, bartenders & managers.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Responsibility includes taking payment from the guests & turning in a cash-out report at the end of each shift. In addition servers will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work station, completing opening, shift change and closing duties.

Waiters or Waitresses are responsible for taking the guests orders, keeping them organized, and timing the course of service for your guests. You are also responsible to make sure that you are not just an order taker, but that you are well versed in the products so you can guide your guests experience and sell.

A Waiter or Waitress needs to be in good physical shape to withstand long hours on his/her feet, often standing and walking on concrete or other hard surfaces.
