Responsibilities
- Present menu and answer questions
- Take orders and make recommendations
- Manage tables paying attention to cleanliness and order
- Issue bills and accept payment

Originally from Michoacan, Mexico, he came to this country more than 30 years ago full of dreams and with the desire to improve himself, he began working for some Mexican restaurants where he learned and worked a lot, always giving his best and doing things with excellence.
In a short time thanks to the example and advice of his parents, he was able to save and when the opportunity arose he bought his first taqueria, in which he worked for 4 years until he decided to sell it, since he observed that there was no seafood restaurant in the area. North of Houston, it was then in 1994 that the first Michoacan Ostionería opened, the name he gave it, not only because of its origin but also because of its meaning: “Fishermen's Region”.
-The success of any business consists of doing things well, with dedication, trying to perfect things every day, being persistent and working with the right people, since without them no business could grow; These are some of the concepts that Mr. Maldonado manages and puts into practice in his Ostionerias, which by the way are now 10 locations.
