- Present menu and answer questions
- Take orders and make recommendations
- Manage tables paying attention to cleanliness and order
- Issue bills and accept payment
- Listen to complaints or problems with a positive attitude

• Ability to enthusiastically greet guests, answer questions, make suggestions regarding food, drinks and
activities
• Ability to manage the Wait List for bowling lanes and other activities
• Capable of lifting and transporting objects (such as bowling balls and other equipment) weighing up to 50
pounds, numerous times during the shift
• Ability to actively participate in opening, continuous, and closing side work
