Job Description
Do you want to serve for the #1 Seafood Restaurant Company in the U.S.? As a Server at Red Lobster, you would be joining a brand that has a rich history and an even brighter future. The responsibilities of a server include guiding guests through our menus, celebrating our “Ultimate Events,” and ensuring a seamless experience for each and every guest. Having a thorough understanding of our menu items allows servers to enhance guest experiences by offering personalized suggestions and pairings. You will also be tasked with taking orders accurately, delivering hot food promptly, clearing tables, and managing transactions. Our servers take pride in providing an excellent seafood meal to our guests and having fun at the same time!
Responsibilities
- Present menu and answer questions
- Take orders and make recommendations
- Manage tables paying attention to cleanliness and order
- Issue bills and accept payment
- Listen to complaints or problems with a positive attitude
