The Shore and Country Club, a family-oriented club, is seeking motivated and enthusiastic leaders to join our food and beverage team as Servers! Do you have a strong work ethic, thrive in a sociable environment, and would love to work alongside a fantastic team while enjoying breathtaking waterfront vistas? Responsibilities
- Duties include but are not limited to:
- Setup side station and performs assigned side (prep) work.
- Provides immediate attention to all members and guests upon seating.
- Distributes food, wine, and cocktail menus and answers questions.
- Ensure that the correct account numbers and names are given for billing.
- Efficiently serves food and drinks in a friendly and courteous manner and offers daily specials and wine selections suggestions.
- Places orders with the kitchen; informs cooks about any special cooking instructions.
- Checks back to ensure member and guest satisfaction.
- Keeps areas neat and organized.
- Performs opening and closing tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Attends pre- and post-meal meetings.
- Performs other appropriate tasks as necessary.
