Job Description
Service can make or break a dining experience. And by service we mean you - the server. You're a bottomless pit of menu answers, and you control the flow of the meal. You have a constructive relationship with the whole staff, show up at all the right times and dance through health standards with ease. It's a lot, but it's worth it. Because the more quality tables you turn over, the more money you can make.
Responsibilities
- Present menu and answer questions.
- Take orders and make recommendations.
- Manage tables paying attention to cleanliness and order.
- Issue bills and accept payment.
- Listen to complaints or problems with a positive attitude.

Our large, diverse menu can best be described as foods you know with a twist. From our Maryland Eastern Shore inspired Crab Cakes and Award Winning Crab Soup to Hand cut USDA Choice Steaks, slow cooked Baby Back Ribs and Yankee Pot Roast to mouth watering Angus Burgers, Fresh Fish Selections, Mounded Pastas and an array of crisp, healthy Entree Salads, plus much more. We are known of large portions, however for the smaller appetites we can tailor our plates to accommodate your wishes.
