Thai Chilli Pepper is our core ingredient in our every day Thai cooking. I got inspired because as a Thai native we used it so much that we overlooked this main ingredient, therefore I named our restaurant "Thai Chilli Pepper: Modern Thai Cuisine". Whether it is a spicy soup, sauce, or curry dish we will incorporate it with our signature Thai Chilli Pepper.
