Job Description
As a server, you truly care about providing a memorable and hospitable experience. You are welcoming and accommodating with the ability to educate our patrons and guide their experience to create lasting memories. You have a desire to expand your knowledge of our offerings and be creative with your recommendations, using suggestive selling where appropriate. You work quickly, love being part of a team and are capable of solving problems in stride.

Well, the baby is beginning to walk and talk. From our humbling and stumbling start to FAT TUESDAY EVE, if you haven’t stopped by in awhile, TAKE A LOOK AT US NOW!!! While the interior vibe continues it’s evolution, there is no finer food coming out of a 32’ Airstream anywhere, Chef Keith Hicks and crew have refined the menu and are putting out comfort food galore. Momo’s Meatloaf, Pot Roast, and Chicken fried chicken are just a few dishes that are joined by delicious jalapeno cheese grits with pork belly and red eye gravy and topped with jumbo seasoned shrimp. Monday nights are for tuning our Brick oven pizza skills with our BUY ONE~TRY ONE pizza night. Purchase one of our craft pizzas and 2 beverages and the second PIZZA IS COMPLIMENTARY!!! On Fat Tuesday we will roll out CRAWFISH, OXTAIL TUESDAYS, AND $4 HURRICANES AND ZOMBIES!!!!
